Everything seems to be going social these days. Every business wants a part of it and everyone is already doing it. So how about if you took the “group” product development strategies from some of the biggest companies in the world and threw them out there so people can to collaborate in creating new products together on a global stage…

Would it work? Do people actually want to get involved when it comes to the crunch? Well a new digital startup called Quirky thinks so. You basically sign up, and participate in product development decisions, provide ideas, designs, logos, names, and more to help push each proposed product through the cycle… It’s called Crowdsourcing…

And by doing so, you get ahhhh… Cash… it says. How much I’m not exactly sure. But one cool element is that they run the products off in limited batches. I just have to wonder if the only people buying, are the ones who helped create it! Click here to check them out.
