I’ve seen many agency recruitment campaigns before, most try to be innovative, few are, but how about this one from Jung von Matt? So if you’re looking for creatives, where do you find them? There’s one sure bet, at the Lorem Ipsum site you visit when you’re mocking up creative, infact over 50,000 unique people a day do, making it almost the perfect place to put a creative ad.
But the guys from Jung von Matt went a little further, hiding the job ad in the Lorem Ipsum itself. Resulting in over 220,000 people pasting the job offer into their layouts, with over 14,000 of them clicking through to the job landing page… Very cool… What do you guys think? (thanks Alicia!)

I remember when they did this.
I ended using a different lorem ipsum generator, because the link showing up in my work was more annoying that ‘cool’.
They get points for the idea, but not the execution.
This is a super clever concept that proves targeted communications yield better results, great work!
Most annoying campaign ever! Had to download a widget to generate Lorem Ipsum instead. Freaked me out when i had a tight deadline… They should have done it so that it only pasted once and not everytime you copied.
Great concept. I’d like to know how many people applied! And, did JVM hire someone from this campaign.
