On the back of the Samsung 3D Projection Mapping Installation, Sony have also been getting in on the act with this installation promoting an “Imagine Football In 3D” theme just in time for the champions league final and more importantly to kick off their 3D TV’s for the world cup!  The projection was shown to thousands people across two buildings in Madrid that were turned into giant 3D Projection pinball machines as a central element.

This projection was again created by NuFormer in the Netherlands and I must say these guys would have to be one of the top mapping agencies out there. The creative concept, mapping precision and execution are simply stunning! I will say that I think the Samsung 3D Projection was still more innovative in it’s concept and execution, but this one from Sony was also very cool!
