Google inevitably comes to mind when I seek any substantial information on a product or even a buzz out. Knowing trendiest tweets are streaming in Google at the end of the day, I reluctantly type in whatever I'm looking for on Google. Not to say that Twitter users are incredible but most tweets area reflection of mere subjective influence mainly in politics but also in false consumer experience with a brand (this is were marketers come in).

Although twitter is one of my profound micro-blogging tools, nevertheless I still have not resorted to it for search function yet.<br

Twitter's real time conversational search is extremely valuable and I feel is where we will see its monetization. Once the installed base soon grows to a certain level, I think we will see all kinds of interesting revenue plans.

Search is definitely the big focus for Twitter. Ability to search on context = not always so good. Here's what I think would be the killer app. Mash together Twitter and Google.

I think it has the potential, it just probably depends on what you are searching for.
