The guys over in Israel continue to do great work, this time it’s an innovative and slightly different/weird kind of digital billboard. Called “Smile Stations”, Facebook fans of Prigat, a leading juice company, had the opportunity to send real time messages to interactive digital billboards at various train stations in the hope of getting passers by to smile, and like their message.
People walking past could approach a screen and press a physical “Like” button which would broadcast video of the moment they read the message back to the individual user who sent it on Facebook. With the users who generated the most smiles winning all sorts of great prizes.
There were over 10,000 messages sent to screens at train stations around Israel, while thousands of people responded by hitting the like button… What do you think? An innovative idea or tech for the sake of tech? Created by the guys at Publicis Israel and e-dologic.
