Do you remember the band that released that music video with them performing a song while moving around on Treadmills? Well, that video made them famous and now they are back with another YouTube release of their latest music video, and it’s already getting some serious attention online with almost 3 million views in it’s first few days!
Although their music is easy listening, the video is out of this world and shows how great video content, when released specifically online just seems to take off. It’s gone viral and I’d say will hit 5 million views by the weeks end.

What isn’t brought up here is why Ok Go made this SECOND video for “This Too Shall Pass”.
The reason for a second one is because their record label (EMI) won’t allow their fans to embed the original video (or any of their other video) from YouTube because EMI don’t want to lose their revenue stream from the ads being served on YouTube with this clip. YouTube also wont share revenue from ads in embedded videos.
So this is why Ok Go got State Farm Insurance to sponsor the production of this second video which they ARE allowed to embed!
