Ogilvy have launched this fantastic campaign for themselves that doubles as a recruitment drive and social competition. It’s called the Search For The Worlds Greatest Salesperson, and it’s running exclusively on their YouTube channel.

All you have to do is sell a brick. Yep, the top few people who can upload the best video of how to sell a plain old brick will win a trip to Cannes to pitch live to the global advertising crowd, and get a paid 3 month fellowship at Ogilvy!

Part of what I love about this campaign for themselves, is that Ogilvy didn’t do it by halves, they’ve shot about 6 fantastic ads, all hilarious.

Help us share the digital goodness!

The ever escalating war for the best talent. We have been searching for a senior interactive designer for some time now but have still not found the right candidate. Getting the right talent is not easy even in a time of global economic crisis.

The competition looks great fun, but not too sure about the prize….
