Stevo, you’ll like this one! The new myPantone iPhone App has been released and comes with a wealth of features and functionality to wow any print designer! The my Pantone iPhone App saves you from having to clear an entire shelf for your pantone books, while letting you create, save and share your colour palettes as you like.
It’s $10 in the app store. Rumor has it designers are furious that they left out the CMYK-values!

Explain to me how exactly this helps print designers? You’d still be viewing it on-screen, which presents the same color matching issues (hence the printed book). Plus with no CMYK values this quickly falls from useless to a complete waste of $10. Pointless.
Hey Mate,
Agree – seems like a $10 waste to me. But then again i’m not a print designer! Perhaps there is something valuable in generating relevant colour matches on the fly? Stevo – what’s your thoughts on the app?
it’s a great idea for when you meet a client informally, and do not have a swatchbook with you; while i believe it’s not exact, at least I can already define the area where we are heading.
That is true, however it would help if had CMYK values. Impressive still.
