BBDO Proximity in Canada have teamed up with M&M’s to create a new campaign based inside Google Street View called Find Red. Essentially it’s an online treasure hunt where people are required to find clues that will be seeded on the M&M’s YouTube, Twitter, Foursquare and Facebook pages over the next few weeks to help find where red is. Once you’ve found them all (and there are many!) you’ll need to jump onto FindRed.ca and connect with Facebook to join the competition and start hunting red inside a custom Google Street View app.
There are 3 key locations you’ve got to find, and each time you find one, you’ll get an entry into the prize draw. It looks pretty good so far, so I can’t wait to see how the campaign performs and the number of people who take up the challenge along the way. (thanks Shari)
