Following on from the last “Future” focused Microsoft video I posted last week, come the Kinect Effect, and this one is a little closer to home. It showcases the possibilities of Microsoft’s Xbox Kinect, where it began, where it’s been and where it will take us into the future…
We’ve been playing with the Kinect for a while now, and the showcased possibilities here are actually pretty feasible in the short term, so I’m looking forward to seeing how and where Microsoft take the Kinect in the corporate (non-gaming) world over the next 12-24 months…
Where do you think it will turn up? And how do you see it being used?
Love that MSFT embraced the possibilities and ideas from everyone instead of the locked-down versions that came out upon release.
