This is a pretty nice concept from the Miami Ad School New York. The concept was designed for Sharpie and it incorporates a social annotation platform based on interactive notes. The aim is to transform the way that we can read magazines on the iPad, creating a social and dynamic experience.
At a time when magazine and newspapers are looking at how they can use their content to be relevant and engaging to their reader, in the online world, this shows some of the possibilities. The idea of being able to adapt content to suit your needs and then share this content through your social networks is pretty nice.
This concept is the work of Gianmaria Schonlieb from Miami Ad School and has been shortlisted for Future Lions 2011. It’s a simple idea but you can see how something like this could be effective. Do you like it?
