Here is a beautiful ambient meets social campaign for the new Volkswagen Jetta GLI in Canada where they’ve created a series of pop-up art galleries that feature “Light Paintings” made by the movement of the Volkswagen Jetta. Framed, installed and then left for the public to find (and take home for free) the light paintings are getting some serious social traction with enthusiasts rushing to find the limited edition, hand numbered paintings before everyone else takes them, and of course, tweeting, posting and sharing the moment that they find them via twitter clues.
It’s a great extension of their TV campaign, created with light paintings a little earlier this year. I think there are about 10 people in the agency here begging for one of these! (thanks Franko!)
