Land Rover: Blippar Powered Sensory Overdrive

Here’s something a little different from Land Rover, with a new ‘Sensory Overdrive’ experience using Blippar Augmented Reality technology to allow people the opportunity to experience the car in a tangible-digital way, activated from a large print campaign.

The first of 3 experiences integrates phone vibrations with different terrain, the second uses the phone as an accelerator pedal to harness the power of the engine, and the third, showcases a POV video. While Blippar isn’t new or ground breaking, this is still pretty cool, and I’m excited to see more and more agencies and brands experimenting with integrating digital experiences into traditional mediums.
