GRIDI translates the methodology of composing electronic music into an interactive physical installation that lets anyone make music in just seconds as they experiment with various instruments, sounds and physical objects to create electronic beats.

Powered by Arduino, thousands of hand soldered wires and sensors to detect the coloured objects representing different instruments, the GRIDI installation was created by music producer Yuvi Gerstein, with the simple aim, to demonstrate the world of modern music composition can be accessible and intuitive for all.
