So Amazon hyped their drone delivery service, and now Google follows suit, with GoogleX Moonshot ‘Project Wing’ which is code for Delivery Drones that are being testing in Australia.
Google’s ‘Project Wing’ drones are delivering first aid kits, candy bars, dog treats, and water to Australian farmers during the testing phase. Perhaps the reason for the tests in Australia is because of the UAV laws in the US vs the non-existant laws in Australia right now.
So the question is… Can the likes of Google/Amazon actually get delivery drones off the ground and make them commercial? Or will Drone Laws win? Love to see your comments below…
