I’ve been enjoying how Google’s deal with Twitter has been integrated into the results over the last few months, if you’ve noticed, at the bottom of a search results page, you’ll get what’s know as the “latest results” for that keyword. Now, it’s not actually exclusively twitter (which I also like) as it pulls in blog posts, friendfeed, twitter & other live streams – it’s rumored to include Facebook shortly!

This was an example of it working directly after I wrote an Augmented Reality post on Avatar. Pretty neat. Clicking the section headline takes you to a specialised “latest search” results page that continually streams in the latest results until you leave the page or hit pause. A Great way to see who and where people are talking about various things in real time.
