So there is a tonne of hype around Google’s new Chrome Operating System. If you’ve been reading any of the tech blogs you’ll notice there are lots of lovers but just as many haters, which is a little different to the usual response to Google products!
In the mix of all this, Google released this video to explain exactly how the new Chrome operating system will work, and what it is capable. It’s well and truly gone viral with almost 2 million views on YouTube in the first week! I’m not sure if it’s just me, but having nothing stored on my computer would be a little too weird, particularly my music and videos!

Keen to see what the uptake will be for the new OS? I can see a lot of people trying it out on their old PC at home to test, but can’t see the massive shift straight away. It will take some time before people let go of the idea of their desktop and files in my opinion, but do like the idea.
