Very interesting - missing one key factor people still buy from people. If that weren't true small business would not exist. I do however agree change is happening, no argument here but sooner or later large companies and all the technology can't make somebody buy bad product again. Tweet -text whatever you call it won't help. Oooh pretty boxes only works short term.

I agree @ 62 the PDF is the answer.<br

Maybe if it was just a powerpoint presentation I could see a call for less words and larger font... but it is a REPORT. I'm 49, and I can read it, and... I understand it! scary, eh! btw - I also still ride a bicycle more than 30 miles at a time on a regular basis, (lucky I can I guess).

This is a well done report. View or print the document as a .PDF and its a very legible and intelligently written piece of work . . . .and I'm 48 and didn't find it too hard to work it out.

Sorry guys, I don’t mean to be harsh about this, but Don’s right. You do know the document is scaleable on screen (takes a few seconds for type to sharpen ) and there is also a pdf that can be viewed as large and reader-friendly as you like, right? Thanks Razorfish for sharing your insights.I shot the "seriff," but I did not shoot the deputy.Cheers,

I don't mean for it to be a slap in the face, just friendly suggestions. I got halfway through the report and had to stop because of eye strain. Small type isn't for an over 40 year old audience. Second, I learned that seriff type is easier to read than san-seriff. You might consider a more eye friendly font next time you publish a report. Or you could continue doing it this way and losing readers.

Don’t take this comment harshley.
