Dicksmith with Intel have launched a promotion called Turbo Boost Touchdown where you’ll have a chance to win a trip in a Mig Fighter Jet to the edge of space. The fun part is they are broadcasting the launch of model rockets every day with users logging on to plot GPS coordinates of where they think the rocket will land based off the wind speed and direction.
It’s a shame I can’t see where everyone else plotted their coordinates, but overall it’s a fun concept that kept me on the site waiting to see the launch! Check out the campaign site by Soap.

Aden, you can see where others have plotted their pins by going into the Flight Data section

Are you sure? I can only see past launch winners and not the pins from people who competed in the same launch as me?

or so it looks, I can only see 4 previous pins. So I’m assuming that by me not being there and only have 4 pins that this is only the previous winners?
I’d have loved to see where each person had plotted their pin for each of the launches

Yeah, there is a coloured ‘heat map’ guide which shows where people are plotting. Its not individual pins but it does help see where everyone else is.

David, looks like I was completely blind of the heat map!
