ChildLine: The Future Of Listening

ChildLine is the UK’s hotline for kids in need, and late last year they launched this new site that I hope can inspire similar organisations around the world to take the next step and start leveraging a digital channel to connect with audiences on new levels.

It’s no secret a lot of government agencies are heading this way, but they should all probably stop and have a look at this great example of thinking big. I really loved the live mood drawing board as a way of getting kids to open up, the perfect feature for a very innovative experience.
