
Best Buy has just launched @TwelpForce – their stab at providing social service to their customers through twitter and one of the great parts about this campaign is that the people responding is actually very social in itself. Hundreds of Employees at Best Buy are signing up to start receiving tweets from customers to help via twitter on any tech-related questions or products. This will no-doubt become a great tool to leverage, if the staff don’t get out of control with their tweets!
