So Adidas have been busy making high-tech shoes, as you’d expect, but then they did this… They created Real-Time Tweet Shoes, using a pair of their red adiPower Barricade shoes complete with a mini LED screen and processor so athletes can receive tweets of support straight into their shoes. Cool right? Well no, I’m not sure it is? Perhaps it’s just late at night as I write this, but I can’t even remotely begin to imagine how this would be useful or a good product experience?!

does it have a keyboard at the bottom so you can reply? lol
uuuuh… :/

Great solution to a problem that doesn’t exist. I’m all for all the its just nice to have school of thought, but this isn’t that either. If its for PR it makes Adidas look like its run by drugged up monkeys. Which would actually be far more interesting than these shoes.
